HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders from the collection will be shipped in 2-3 working days. The delivery date varies depending on your residence. Customised orders will take longer, as these are made by hand. When requesting a customised order, you’ll receive information about the duration of your order.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

All items in the Netherlands are sent through PostNL. The cost of this is €6,75. All international orders will be higher based on your location. These will be calculated automatically at the checkout.

HOW DOES THE CUSTOMIZING WORK?

When you’d like to have a customized item, all you need to do is fill in a form, you can find this on the homepage. I’ll respond to the form within 3 days with a proposal. You can simply accept or deny the proposal, and email me back with any further instructions or questions.

CAN I RETURN A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?

As each item is made to order, I cannot offer refunds or returns. If however there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact me through instagram DM.

Orders from the collection can be returned provided that the item the product is in its original state, unopened and unused. The order must be returned within 14 days after receiving it. Before returning an item, please send me an e-mail beforehand. This way I can send the instructions for returning. The cost of the return is for your own account, unless mentioned differently. Custom by Febe is not responsible for lost, damaged or missing packages during the return process.

ARE THE ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

Yes, all the items I use are authentic. This doesn’t mean all the items are vintage, they can be secondhand too. Vintage or secondhand, I strive to deliver the best quality possible.

Keep in mind that none of the products are first hand. This means there can be slight signs of wear. Before buying, make sure to check the pictures thorougly to check for visible damages. These damages will be stated in the description and pictures.
